LICENSE AGREEMENT
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR HttpDebugger WebTools SOFTWARE
IMPORTANT- READ CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE.
This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (either a private individual or a
public or business representative) and HttpDebugger for the accompanying HttpDebugger
software product, which includes computer software and any updates or upgrades
("Software").
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, copy
or otherwise use the software and immediately delete any copy of it from all storage media.
FREE FOR PERSONAL USE
The Software licensed for personal use only, not commercial use. The software may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you make a commercial product, charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The software may not be resold, relicensed, sub-licensed, rented, leased, or used in advertising. If you intend to use the software for commercial purposes, you need to purchase a commercial license.
GRANT OF LICENSE
The Software and accompanying documentation are being licensed to you, which means you have the right to use the Software only in accordance with this License Agreement. The Software is considered in use on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory or installed into permanent memory. This License may not be assigned or otherwise transferred without prior written consent from HttpDebugger, and any unauthorized transfer is null and void.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not reduce the Software to human readable form, reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the Software.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HttpDebugger is not liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance, or use of the Software, even if HttpDebugger has been advised of the possibility of such damages. HttpDebugger liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the Software, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability will not exceed the greater of U.S. $1.00 or registration fee paid by you.
SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Please be aware that, similar to other debug tools that capture "process network traffic" information, files saved by HttpDebugger tools may include personally identifiable or other sensitive information (such as usernames, passwords, paths to files accessed, and paths to registry accessed). By using this software, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and take sole responsibility for any personally identifiable or other sensitive information provided to HttpDebugger or any other party through your use of the software.
