To activate the HTTP Debugger your computer must be connected to the Internet. Please add the program executable file into the exceptions list of your firewall or temporary turn your firewall off. If you use a proxy server, please make sure that you have properly configured the settings in the Internet Options.
To do this click on Start, then on Settings, and Contol Panel. Click on Internet Options in the window that opens up. Select Connections, and then click on LAN Settings.
